Cabell d&#039;\u00c0ngel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Pomes Reineta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada sopera de Canyella en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Avellanes torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Panses sultanes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rom Negre per macerar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc de llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre Glas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelem i tallem les pomes a daus petitets. Perqu\u00e8 no quedin negres les pomes les mullarem amb un rajol\u00ed de suc de llimona. Remenarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trossegem les avellanes. Han de quedar trossets petits. Es pot fer posant-les damunt un drap de cuina. Tapem el drap i amb un pal de morter piquem per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica de farina a la taula de treball i amb un corr\u00f3 estirem la massa de pasta de full. Ha de quedar una capa ben fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer el farciment posem al costat de les pomes, les avellanes trossejades, les panses que hem macerat amb el rom, el sucre, la canyella en pols i els cabells d&#039;\u00e0ngel. Remenem fins que quedin ben barrejats tots els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem el farciment a la part estreta de la massa de pasta de full procurant que quedi a la vora m\u00e9s propera a nosaltres. Enrotllem amb les dues mans donant voltes a tota la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tancarem les dues puntes i passem el strudel a una safata de forn amb paper de fornejar per sobre. Batem un ou i pintem per sobre i laterals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 45 minuts.
