Ametlles torrades sense pell<\/li><li>200 grs. Sucre m\u00f2lt (Glas)<\/li><li>50 grs. Mel<\/li><li>1 Clara d&#039;Ou<\/li><li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li><li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Comencem pelant les ametlles i picant-les amb una trituradora. Ha de quedar una pasta tan fina com sigui possible. Si les ametlles deixen anar oli no passa res. Sobretot les ametlles ben m\u00f2ltes.<\/li><li>Posem la clara d&#039;ou en un bol amb una guspira de sal i amb les varetes el\u00e8ctriques muntem la clara a punt de neu.<\/li><li>En una paella posarem la mel amb el foc molt baix. Quan la mel es fa l\u00edquida afegim el sucre gla\u00e7. Hi afegim la ratlladura de llimona i amb una esp\u00e0tula de fusta anirem remenant el sucre constantment fins que quedi ben integrat. Abans que el sucre es dauri apaguem el foc.<\/li><li>Passarem aquesta barreja a un bol i afegirem a poc a poc la clara muntada. Cal integrar-ho tot remenant fort ja que el sucre tendeix a quedar s\u00f2lid.<\/li><li>Un cop ben integrat afegirem les ametlles m\u00f2ltes i seguim barrejant en\u00e8rgicament fins que estigui ben integrat. Ha de quedar molt ben barrejat.<\/li><li>Passarem la massa de torr\u00f3 a un motlle que hem folrat amb paper vegetal. Aplanarem el torr\u00f3 fins que quedi ben compacte i llis procurant arribar a les cantonades del motlle.<\/li><li>Taparem el motlle amb paper vegetal i posarem un pes per sobre perqu\u00e8 quedi ben atape\u00eft el torr\u00f3.<\/li><li>Guardarem el torr\u00f3 de xixona al frigor\u00edfic, almenys durant dos o tres dies i ja el podrem desemmotllar.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo de Torr\u00f3 de Xixona per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat<\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para las Fiestas Navide\u00f1as no hay nada mejor que un buen Turr\u00f3n de Jijona.
