Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 grs. Llevat de forner en pols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer el Panettone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>160 grs. Massa Mare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Llevat de forner fresc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 ml. Ron Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Taronja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Perles de Xocolata<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a l&#039;alm\u00edvar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per fer la massa mare dissoldrem el llevat a la llet i remourem. Posarem la barreja en un bol amb la farina i pastarem fins que quedi ben integrat. Traurem la massa del bol i pastarem un moment a m\u00e0. Guardarem la massa mare tapada amb paper film al frigor\u00edfic durant tota la nit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer el panetonne posarem a la pastadora els rovells d&#039;ou, la sal, el sucre, el rom, la llet i la ratlladura de taronja i tamb\u00e9 la massa mare. Amassarem a marxa lenta fins que tot quedi ben integrat. Podem amassar a m\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la farina tamisada i pastarem durant uns 3 minuts a marxa lenta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el llevat i seguim pastant durant uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s i afegirem la mantega a poc a poc. Amassarem durant uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la massa del recipient i posarem una mica d&#039;oli a la taula de treball. Amassarem ara a m\u00e0 fins que quedi una massa ben brillant i llisa. Taparem amb un drap i deixem reposar uns 10 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estirem la massa i afegim les perles de xocolata procurant repartir-les b\u00e9 per tota la massa. Fem una bola i posem la massa en un bol amb una mica d&#039;oli al fons i tapem amb paper film. Deixem que dobli el volum, aproximadament unes 3 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem oli a la taula de treball i donem unes voltes a la massa. A la base del motlle hi posarem tamb\u00e9 una mica d&#039;oli i dipositarem la massa. Deixarem fermentar en un lloc tancat fins que dobli el volum, aproximadament unes 3 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem uns talls en forma de creu per la part de dalt del panetonne i introduirem uns trossets de mantega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Enfornem durant 35 minuts. Als 20 minuts tapem amb paper d&#039;alumini perqu\u00e8 no es quedi gaire torrat. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En sortir del forn el pintem amb xarop que hem preparat posant en un cass\u00f3 el sucre i l&#039;aigua. Quan bulli ho courem durant 3 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travessem el panetonne amb uns escuradents llargs i el posem de cap per avall, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo, el deixem penjat fins que es refredi totalment.
