Vi Blanc<\/li><li>150 grs. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet Fregit<\/li><li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>All i Julivert picats per al farciment<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Tinta de S\u00edpia (opcional)<\/li><li>Arr\u00f2s blanc (opcional)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rentem b\u00e9 els calamars ja que solen tenir una mica de sorra i els donem la volta per treure totes les impureses.<\/li><li>Separem les aletes i les potes dels calamars. Les tallem ben petites i hi afegim l&#039;all i el julivert picats. Remenem perqu\u00e8 es barregi b\u00e9.<\/li><li>Amb una cullereta farcim els calamars i els tanquem amb un escuradents.<\/li><li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola gran i quan estigui calent afegim els alls tallats a discos i seguidament les cebes ben picades. Farem la ceba amb el foc molt baix i hi afegirem la sal. Remenem.<\/li><li>Quan la ceba estigui ben toveta afegirem els calamars i un cop daurats per una banda els donarem la volta.<\/li><li>Anirem movent la cassola perqu\u00e8 no es cremi la ceba.<\/li><li>Afegirem el vi blanc i quan redueixi hi posarem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet, el pebre negre i el julivert picat.<\/li><li>Remenarem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integrin tots els elements.<\/li><li>Per donar-li un color m\u00e9s fosc dissoldrem la tinta en una mica d&#039;aigua i l&#039;afegirem a poc a poc fins assolir el color que ens agradi. Cal anar amb compte ja que s&#039;enfosqueix amb molta facilitat. (La tinta \u00e9s opcional)<\/li><li>Courem durant uns 20\/30 minuts fins que estiguin ben tendres.
