Segueix els passos del Forner d&#039;Alella i prepara aquesta deliciosa Coca amb Anxoves, si no t&#039;agraden pots posar Sardines, Arenques, Salsitxes o Llonganisses per exemple. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Pebrots Vermells<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Alberg\u00ednies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anxoves en oli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olives negres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva per mullar la coca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rostim els pebrots i les alberg\u00ednies al forn. Els deixem refredar tapats amb paper film. Tallem a tires els pebrots i les alberg\u00ednies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poseu en un bol la farina, l&#039;oli, la sal i l&#039;aigua. Amassem amb una esp\u00e0tula fins que la massa s&#039;enlairi de les parets del bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem del bol i pastem a m\u00e0 durant uns 5 minuts. Fem una bola i deixem reposar la massa tapada amb un drap durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica d&#039;oli a la taula de treball i amb un corr\u00f3 untat amb oli estirem la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acabem d&#039;estirar la massa damunt una safata de forn que tamb\u00e9 hem untat amb una mica d&#039;oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre de la coca posem les tires de pebrot i alberg\u00ednies en diagonal. Salarem les verdures i ruixarem la coca amb oli abundant. Les anxoves i les olives les reservarem per al final ja que al forn es ressecarien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 240 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem la coca. A mitja cocci\u00f3 hi afegim m\u00e9s oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#039;hem enfornat durant uns 15 minuts aproximadament, fins que la massa es vegi cuita. Cal vigilar que no es torrin les verdures. Es pot tapar amb paper d&#039;alumini si cal.
