Ja veureu que \u00e9s una recepta molt f\u00e0cil, econ\u00f2mica i r\u00e0pida de preparar, segur que si la fas a casa triomfar\u00e0s. El resultat \u00e9s un plat sabor\u00f3s i f\u00e0cil de preparar que encantar\u00e0 tota la fam\u00edlia. A m\u00e9s, acompanyem el pollastre amb la pinya fregida, un plat delici\u00f3s. Nata per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pot de pinya al suc (500 grs.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de brou de carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salpebrem el pollastre trossejat. Enfarinem el pollastre. Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una paella i quan estigui calent fregim el pollastre per tots costats. Ha de quedar daurat. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piquem la ceba i en el mateix oli de fregir el pollastre sofregim lentament la ceba. Quan comenci a daurar-se afegim la nata per cuinar, el suc de la pinya i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou esmicolat. Deixarem que bulli un parell de minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la salsa a una cassola m\u00e9s gran i afegirem el pollastre fregit i una mica daigua per a la cocci\u00f3. Hem cuinat el pollastre a foc baix durant uns 30 minuts, fins que estigui tou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfarinem les rodanxes de pinya i les fregim pels dos costats amb oli d&#039;oliva abundant.
