Crema Pastissera<\/li><li>2 Pomes Golden<\/li><li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li><li>Sucre<\/li><li>Mantega<\/li><li>2 Cullerades Melmelada Albercoc<\/li><li>1 Cullerada d&#039;Aigua<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Crema Pastissera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250 ml. Llet<\/li><li>50 grs. Sucre<\/li><li>17 grs. Maizena<\/li><li>2 gemmes d&#039;ou<\/li><li>10 grs. mantega<\/li><li>1 Pal de Canela<\/li><li>Pell de \u00bd Llimona<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posem una mica de farina a la taula de treball. Estenem la massa de pasta de full i traiem el paper que la cobreix.<\/li><li>Amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;una regla tallem la massa prement b\u00e9 el ganivet per no fer malb\u00e9 la pasta de full. Fem vuit porcions i les posem en una safata per al forn amb paper de coure.<\/li><li>Amb una forquilla punxarem les porcions deixant sense punxar les vores.<\/li><li>Pelem les pomes i les tallem a l\u00e0mines molt fines donant-los forma de mitja lluna traient el cor de les pomes. Amb una m\u00e0niga pastissera posem la crema damunt de cada porci\u00f3 i despr\u00e9s distribu\u00efm les pomes cobrint la crema. Premem una mica les pomes.<\/li><li>Batem un ou amb una mica d&#039;aigua i pintem les vores de la pasta de full on no hi hagi poma. A sobre de les pomes posarem uns trossets petits de mantega i empolvorem b\u00e9 les pomes amb sucre.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 20 minuts. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn, han de quedar una mica daurades.<\/li><li>Poseu en un bol dues cullerades de melmelada d&#039;albercoc i una cullerada d&#039;aigua.<\/li><li>Remenem perqu\u00e8 ens quedi ben barrejat.
