Cabell d&#039;\u00c0ngel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grs. Ametlla en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grs. Sucre m\u00f2lt (glas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 ml. Ron Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada Vainilla l\u00edquida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Ametlla filatejada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Untem amb mantega un motlle rod\u00f3, si pot ser de silicona i posem la massa Fallta dins del motlle, procurant que la massa cobreixi tota la superf\u00edcie i arribi b\u00e9 a les vores del motlle. Ara es pot tallar el sobrant o fer-ho quan la massa estigui cuita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una forquilla punxem tota la base de la massa. Cobrim la base amb cigrons secs perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;infle en coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 8 minuts aproximadament. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol posem la mantega a temperatura ambient juntament amb el sucre i batem amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques o batedor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim els ous d&#039;un en un i seguim batent fins que quedi ben barrejat i quedi d&#039;un color una mica m\u00e9s blanc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim el rom negre, l&#039;ametlla en pols, la farina i la vainilla l\u00edquida i batrem fins que quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al fons del past\u00eds hi posarem una bona capa de cabell d&#039;\u00e0ngel. A sobre posarem la massa d&#039;ametlles preparada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estendrem b\u00e9 i allisarem.
