Farina Rebosteria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 m. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 o 4 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. T\u00f2fona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb l&#039;aigua, la sal i la mantega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan comenci a bullir tirem de cop la farina, pr\u00e8viament tamisada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem en\u00e8rgicament i sense parar la barreja fins que comenci a enlairar-se de les parets del cass\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan s&#039;enlairi apagarem el foc i continuarem barrejant fins que quedi una massa ben allisada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem entebeir la massa i afegirem primerament un ou una mica batut perqu\u00e8 ens sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil integrar-lo a la massa. Barregem amb una esp\u00e0tula fins que la massa absorbeixi tot l&#039;ou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el segon ou i continuarem barrejant fins que estigui tot integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal comprovar la textura de la massa, cal aconseguir textura de corbata. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s que posant una mica de massa a l&#039;esp\u00e0tula ha de caure una mica formant una corbata (veure v\u00eddeo per saber el punt adequat).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normalment s\u00f3n entre 3 o 4 ous els necessaris.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem una safata de forn amb paper de fornejar per sobre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem posat un filtre estriat a la m\u00e0niga pastissera i fem unes tires d&#039;uns 12 cm. que pintarem amb ou batut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i courem primer els pals nom\u00e9s per la part de baix durant uns deu minuts i despr\u00e9s per dalt i baix uns 20 minuts m\u00e9s aproximadament, dep\u00e8n de cada forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els deixarem refredar i despr\u00e9s els obrirem per la meitat i farcirem amb nata, crema o t\u00f2fona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empolvorarem per sobre amb sucre llustre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo dels Pals de t\u00f2fona per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aqu\u00ed en\u00a0el Forner de Alella te mostramos c\u00f3mo preparar estos deliciosos Palos de trufa, conocidos tambi\u00e9n como \u00c9clairs y que est\u00e1n hechos con Pasta Choux.
