Fredolics (Negretes, Ratolins, Bolets de Pi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Llesques de Pa fines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Ametlles Torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Avellanes Torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Netegeu b\u00e9 els bolets amb un drap de cuina. Si no se&#039;n van totes les impureses es poden posar tamb\u00e9 sota el raig d&#039;aigua freda i acabar de rentar-les. Deixem esc\u00f3rrer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella o una cassola gran fregim amb oli d&#039;oliva les llesques de pa que hem tallat ben fines. Un cop fregides les reservarem damunt de paper absorbent perqu\u00e8 deixin anar l&#039;oli sobrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la mateixa paella ofegarem a foc lent la ceba picada i quan estigui sofregit afegirem els bolets, la sal, la farigola i el pebre negre. Sofregirem una mica els bolets. Guardarem uns quants bolets sencers per posar-los despr\u00e9s a la sopa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem a continuaci\u00f3 el brou de pollastre i el pa fregit. Bulliu-ho tot junt durant uns 8 minuts. Amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric ho batem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un morter els alls trossejats, les ametlles, les avellanes i el julivert. Ho piquem b\u00e9 i ho afegim a la sopa juntament amb els bolets reservats i ho bullim durant 10 minuts m\u00e9s.
