Sucre<\/li><li>70 ml. Aigua<\/li><li>Sucre glas<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc i hi afegirem l&#039;aigua i el sucre en gra ja que hem de fer un alm\u00edvar<\/li><li>Amb el foc molt baix, anirem remenant amb una esp\u00e0tula, procurant arribar a les vores del cass\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 el sucre no cristal\u00b7litzi.<\/li><li>Quan comenci a bullir, a foc molt lent i sense deixar de remenar, hem d&#039;aconseguir el punt de bola de l&#039;alm\u00edvar.<\/li><li>Per saber quan \u00e9s al punt de bola cal agafar una mica de l&#039;alm\u00edvar amb l&#039;esp\u00e0tula i deixar-lo caure, quan cau l&#039;alm\u00edvar molt lentament ja \u00e9s al punt.<\/li><li>Hem batut lleugerament els rovells dels ous i els afegirem a poc a poc a l&#039;alm\u00edvar. Sobretot a foc molt lent.<\/li><li>Cal anar remenant constantment perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integrin b\u00e9 els rovells i vagin espessint.<\/li><li>Quan la massa s&#039;enlaira de les parets del cass\u00f3 ja ho tindrem llest. Deixarem refredar.<\/li><li>Posarem sucre llustre a la taula i arrebossem una mica la massa.<\/li><li>Amb les mans ben netes agafarem una mica de sucre ja que aquesta massa \u00e9s una mica enganxosa, i farem unes boletes que tornarem a arrebossar amb sucre llustre.<\/li><li>Posarem els rovells en uns petit-fours o c\u00e0psules de paper i la deixarem assecar una mica.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo dels rovells de Santa Teresa per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LasYemas de Santa Teresa son un postre de reposter\u00eda t\u00edpico de la provincia de \u00c1vila y realmente exquisito y os ser\u00e1 de gran utilidad para utilizar las yemas sobrantes de otras recetas.
