Clo\u00efsses<\/li><li>600 grs. Patates<\/li><li>8 dents d&#039;all<\/li><li>2 Tom\u00e0quets madurs grans<\/li><li>4 Rodanxes de Pa fregit<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/fumet-de-peix\/\">Fumet de Peix (Caldo)<\/a><\/li><li>Julivert<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Deixarem coure tot junt i amb la cassola tapada durant uns 10. Posem les clo\u00efsses en remull amb aigua i sal durant uns 60 minuts.<\/li><li>Tallem els alls a l\u00e0mines. Posem una cassola amb el fons ample al foc i hi afegim for\u00e7a oli d&#039;oliva.<\/li><li>Hi afegim els alls abans que l&#039;oli s&#039;escalfi. Els alls han de daurar-se, sense arribar a quedar negres ja que aleshores amarguen. Els hem de fregir lentament amb el foc molt baix.<\/li><li>Retirarem els alls de la cassola i els posarem en un morter i fregirem les rodanxes de pa pels dos costats, \u00e9s millor que sigui del dia anterior. Les afegirem al morter.<\/li><li>Fregim les branques de julivert, amb compte ja que ens poden esquitxar, tamb\u00e9 les posem al morter.<\/li><li>Sofregirem lentament el tom\u00e0quet, pelat i tallat a trossos petits.<\/li><li>Piquem els ingredients del morter i quan estigui ben aixafat, hi afegirem una mica del fumet de peix per diluir el que hem fet. Afegim la picada a la cassola i la resta del fumet i posarem tamb\u00e9 el pebre negre.<\/li><li>Mentre s&#039;escalfa la salsa, i comenci a bullir de nou tallem les patates a trossos petits, espetecant-les, \u00e9s a dir tallant i abans d&#039;acabar de tallar estirar i aix\u00ed les patates deixen anar tot el mid\u00f3 i aix\u00f2 ens espessar\u00e0 la salsa.<\/li><li>Coem les patates durant uns 10 minuts aproximadament, quan estiguin una mica toves, hi afegirem el rap pr\u00e8viament salat i les clo\u00efsses.<br>minuts m\u00e9s. Comprovarem de sal i vigilarem que no es quedi sense salsa.
