Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre i Canyella per arrebossar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva per fregir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb una mica daigua. Bullirem la carbassa trossejada petita durant uns 10 minuts aproximadament, fins que quedi toveta. Escorrem i deixem refredar. Amb una forquilla aixafarem la carbassa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posem la carbassa, el sucre, la ratlladura de llimona, la llet i els ous. Batem una mica amb unes varetes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim la farina i continuem batent fins que quedi tot ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem un plat profund amb sucre en gra i canyella en pols al gust. Ho barregem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem abundant oli d&#039;oliva en una paella fonda.
