Formatge Manxec ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 grs. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Maicena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pa ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous per arrebossar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ratllem les diferents classes de formatge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poseu oli d&#039;oliva en una paella i quan estigui calent sofregiu la ceba picada amb el foc baix fins que estigui transparent. Escorrem l&#039;oli sobrant i ho reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posem una mica de llet i l&#039;ou. Batem lleugerament. Hi afegim la farina i la maizena i batem fins que estigui tot ben barrejat sense cap grumoll.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella fonda escalfem la resta de la llet i hi afegim la barreja de farines que hem batut. Per poder barrejar-ho b\u00e9 apartem la paella del foc i amb una esp\u00e0tula o un batedor remourem fins que quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la paella amb el foc baix i hi afegirem la ceba i els formatges ratllats. Barregem b\u00e9 amb compte que no s&#039;enganxin al fons de la paella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el pebre i la nou moscada. Provem de sal ja que els formatges s\u00f3n forts de sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal anar remenant constantment fins a aconseguir una textura espessa. Quan la massa s&#039;enlairi del fons de la paella ja estar\u00e0 cuita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guardem la massa de croquetes en una plata plana i quan estigui freda la tapem amb paper film i la reservem al frigor\u00edfic durant unes 24 hores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un trosset de massa donem forma a les croquetes poden ser allargades o rodones. Les arrebossem amb ou batut i despr\u00e9s amb pa ratllat. Es poden congelar, tal com ho faig al v\u00eddeo, o b\u00e9 fregir directament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fregir-les cal utilitzar for\u00e7a oli que pot ser de gira-sol. L&#039;oli ha d&#039;estar molt calent. Si estan congelades es fregeixen sense descongelar.
