Nata per cuinar<\/li><li>150 grs. Formatge ratllat Emmental<\/li><li>250 grs. Gambes pelades<\/li><li>1 Porro<\/li><li>1 Carbass\u00f3<\/li><li>Nou Moscada<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Desenvolupem la pasta brisa. En un motlle rod\u00f3 posem paper de coure ia sobre la massa brisa premem perqu\u00e8 arribi a tots els costats del motlle. Punxem amb una forquilla tota la base ia sobre posem uns cigrons secs perqu\u00e8 en enfornar la massa no s&#039;infle.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem la massa durant uns 8 minuts aproximadament. Reservem i quan estigui t\u00e8bia traurem els cigrons.<\/li><li>Rentem les verdures i tallem el porro a discos fins. El carbass\u00f3 el tallem amb la pell tamb\u00e9 a discos.<\/li><li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una paella i quan estigui calent sofregirem el carbass\u00f3 i el porro amb el foc baix. Salarem.<\/li><li>Afegirem les gambes pelades i descongelades i ofegarem tot durant uns 2 minuts aproximadament. Escorrerem el refregit perqu\u00e8 deixi anar l&#039;oli sobrant.<\/li><li>En un bol gran batrem els ous i la nata per cuinar juntament amb la sal, la nou moscada i el pebre. Un cop ben batut afegirem el formatge ratllat i remourem perqu\u00e8 es barregi b\u00e9.<\/li><li>Afegirem el refregit de verdures i ho barrejarem tot. Posarem la barreja dins del motlle procurant que les verdures i les gambes quedin ben repartides per tot el motlle.<\/li><li>Enfornem a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix durant uns 20\/25 minuts aproximadament.
