Farina d&#039;Espelta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Iogurt blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>175 grs. Xarop d&#039;Agave<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Poma Golden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 grs. Llevat Qu\u00edmic (1 sobre)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en un bol els ous i el xarop d&#039;atzavara i amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric batem fins que quedi ben escum\u00f3s i d&#039;un color blanquin\u00f3s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim l&#039;oli, el iogurt i la ratlladura de llimona i ho batrem una mica per barrejar-lo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamisem la farina juntament amb el llevat qu\u00edmic i ho anem afegint en un parell de vegades. Continuem batent fins que quedi tot ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem la poma a quadradets molt petits. Perqu\u00e8 no caiguin a baix els trossets de poma els passarem per farina d&#039;espelta. Una manera f\u00e0cil d&#039;arrebossar-los \u00e9s posant farina en una bossa de pl\u00e0stic i afegir-hi les pomes. Tancar la bossa i moure-la en\u00e8rgicament i esc\u00f3rrer la farina sobrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim la poma a la massa i remenem amb compte fins que quedi ben integrat. Passem la barreja al motlle untat pr\u00e8viament amb oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preescalfem el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant 45 minuts. Fem la prova del escuradents \u00e9s a dir punxant amb un escuradents llarg el pa de pessic i si surt sec ja est\u00e0 cuit.
