Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 o 2 Pomes (al gust)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pal de Canela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel Caramel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Cullerades soperes d&#039;Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la llet, el sucre, la canyella en branca i la pell de la llimona. Quan comenci a bullir apaguem el foc i deixem que es refredi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer el caramel l\u00edquid posem el sucre en un cass\u00f3 juntament amb 4 cullerades soperes daigua. Li farem unes voltes i esperarem que el sucre quedi daurat. Cal anar amb compte que no es cremi el sucre ja que amargaria. Posem el sucre l\u00edquid en una flamera allargada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem les pomes i les tallem en mitges llunes finites. Cobrim el sucre amb les pomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem els ous en un bol i els batem b\u00e9 amb un batedor. Hi afegim la llet que l&#039;hem colat. Amb el batedor el\u00e8ctric acabem de batre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aboquem la barreja a la flamera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenim el forn preescalfat a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Hem posat dins del forn un recipient amb aigua calenta ja que el flam ho hem de coure al bany maria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la flamera dins del recipient amb aigua. L&#039;aigua ha d&#039;arribar a la meitat de la flamera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem tingut el flam 45 minuts dins del forn. Cal punxar-lo amb un palet de fusta per veure si ja est\u00e0 cuit.
