Vi Pedro Ximenez<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 litre de Brou de Carn aprox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orenga i Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallem a quadradets la ceba, el porro i la pastanaga. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrem les galtes pels dos costats i les enfarinem lleugerament. Posem una paella al foc i quan l&#039;oli estigui ben calent afegim les galtes que daurarem pels dos costats perqu\u00e8 quedin ben segellades. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola gran hi posarem l&#039;oli de fregir les galtes i hi afegirem una mica m\u00e9s, si cal. Quan estigui calent sofregirem el porro, la ceba i la pastanaga. Afegirem els alls partits, la farigola i l&#039;orenga. Farem unes voltes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb molt de compte afegirem el vi de Pedro Xim\u00e9nez i quan s&#039;evapori l&#039;alcohol incorporarem les galtes i al moment els donem la volta perqu\u00e8 vagin agafant sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim el brou de carn bullint i courem a foc lent amb la cassola tapada durant uns 60 minuts aproximadament, movent la cassola de tant en tant, fins que les galtes estiguin tendres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De tant en tant anirem capgirant les galtes perqu\u00e8 es coguin millor. Si cal afegirem una mica m\u00e9s de brou per acabar la cocci\u00f3. Comprovarem de sal i pebre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquest guisat \u00e9s millor preparar-lo amb antelaci\u00f3 ja que reposat est\u00e0 molt m\u00e9s sabor\u00f3s.
