Maduixes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Sucre m\u00f2lt (glas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Nata per muntar (Crema de Llet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 L\u00e0mines de Gelatina neutra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hidratem la gelatina durant uns 10 minuts en un bol amb aigua freda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rentem les maduixes i reservem 4 o 5 per a la decoraci\u00f3. La resta de maduixes les tallem a trossos petits i tirem per sobre un parell de cullerades de sucre ( si us agrada) perqu\u00e8 es macerin i quedin una mica m\u00e9s dol\u00e7os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la nata per muntar i el sucre llustre. Remenem perqu\u00e8 es dissolgui el sucre i abans que comenci a bullir afegim les fulles de gelatina ben escorregudes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri i desfaci la gelatina i apaguem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilitzem un motlle de silicona i posem al fons una capa de la nata. Ho deixem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 30 minuts aproximadament fins que qualli una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cobrim amb les maduixes i per sobre tornem a posar uns cullerots m\u00e9s de nata cobrint les maduixes. Ho posem de nou al frigor\u00edfic ara durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si la resta de nata s&#039;ha espessit ho podem escalfar amb el foc molt, molt baix i fem una darrera capa de nata que tornarem a guardar al frigor\u00edfic durant unes dues o tres hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per desemmotllar, cal posar un recipient amb aigua ben calenta i dipositar el motlle durant uns minuts.
