Nata per cuinar (Crema de Llet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Tonyina en oli (3 llaunes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera de Tom\u00e0quet Concentrat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Salsa T\u00e0rtara:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 grs. Salsa Maionesa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. T\u00e0peres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Cogombres en vinagre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Ceba tendra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 ou dur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Mostassa i Dijon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada de julivert picat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en un bol els ous, la nata per cuinar, la tonyina en oli esmicolat i ben escorregut, la cullerada de tom\u00e0quet concentrat, la sal i el pebre. Batem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Folrem amb paper film un motlle rectangular i passarem la barreja al motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Hem posat un recipient amb aigua molt calenta dins del forn, ja que el p\u00fading el courem al bany maria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mitja cocci\u00f3 hem tapat el p\u00fading amb paper dalumini. Ho hem cuit durant uns 35\/40 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal punxar el p\u00fading amb un escuradents i quan surti sec, ja tindrem el p\u00fading cuit. Deixarem refredar abans de desemmotllar-ho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El paper film quedar\u00e0 enganxat dins del motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la salsa T\u00e0rtara picarem l&#039;ou dur, la ceba tendra, les t\u00e0peres i el cogombret en vinagre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un got batedor hi posarem la salsa maionesa i la culleradeta de mostassa. Hi afegirem els ingredients que hem picat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batrem una mica amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric i despr\u00e9s afegirem el julivert picat. Batrem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desemmotllem el past\u00eds i decorem per sobre amb uns tom\u00e0quets en discos i uns discos de cogombret per sobre.
