Courem els ous durant uns 10 minuts des que comencin a bullir. Refredem els ous dins un bol amb aigua freda i gla\u00e7ons de gel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella amb oli d&#039;oliva sofregim l&#039;all picat i hi afegim les gambes. Ofegarem les gambes durant un minut. Reservarem les gambes m\u00e9s grans per a la decoraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picarem la resta de gambes, els palets de cranc i la ceba tendra ben picada i ho posarem tot en un bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem els ous quan estiguin freds. Els obrim per la meitat i traurem els rovells. Reservarem dos rovells.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una forquilla aixafarem la resta dels rovells i els afegirem al bol. Afegirem la salsa maionesa, la salsa quetxup i una mica de salsa tabasco. Remenarem b\u00e9 fins que quedi tot ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem el farciment dins d&#039;una m\u00e0niga pastissera amb un filtre arrissat. Farcirem els ous. Ratllarem la resta dels rovells per sobre dels ous i adornarem amb les gambes reservades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servirem els ous farcits sobre un llit d&#039;enciams tallats fins.
