Tonyina en Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pot d&#039;olives farcides d&#039;Anxova<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous durs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cogoll d&#039;encisam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tom\u00e0quets d&#039;amanida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mitja Ceba tendra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cogombres en vinagre (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. salsa maionesa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anxoves a Oli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem aigua, sal i els ous en un cass\u00f3. Quan bulli l&#039;aigua courem els ous durant 10 minuts. Refrescarem amb aigua i gla\u00e7ons de gel. Els pelarem quan estiguin ben freds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem els tom\u00e0quets. Picarem finament els tom\u00e0quets, la ceba tendra, l&#039;enciam, les olives i els cogombrets en vinagre. Reservarem alguna oliva per a la decoraci\u00f3. Afegim la tonyina en oli esmicolat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem dos ous a trossets molt petits i els afegirem tamb\u00e9. Afegirem la salsa maionesa i una mica de sal. Barrejarem fins que estigui tot ben integrat. Si cal afegirem una mica m\u00e9s de maionesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Folrarem un motlle rectangular amb paper film tenint en compte que ha de sobrar film per tapar despr\u00e9s el past\u00eds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem l&#039;escor\u00e7a al pa de motlle i cobrirem tota la base del motlle amb les llesques. Ha de quedar coberta tota la base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem a sobre una capa del farciment i damunt una altra capa de pa de motlle. Premem una mica amb les mans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem una altra capa de farciment i cobrirem amb pa de motlle. Taparem amb el paper film, prement b\u00e9 amb les mans. Deixarem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 30 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desemmotllem el past\u00eds i cobrim la part de dalt amb salsa maionesa. Ratlleu l&#039;ou per sobre del past\u00eds.
