Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de la pell d&#039;una Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poseu en un bol les ametlles en pols, el sucre i la ratlladura d&#039;una llimona. Remenem perqu\u00e8 es barregin b\u00e9 tots els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem un ou sencer i pastarem fins que l&#039;ou quedi ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s hi afegirem l&#039;altre ou i seguirem pastant a m\u00e0 fins que vagi sortint tot l&#039;oli de les ametlles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui ben pastat, estenem la massa sobre un full de paper de coure i la taparem amb un altre full de paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem un rectangle amb la massa i aplanarem amb un corr\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 el sucre es vagi dissolent b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquesta operaci\u00f3 la farem unes cinc vegades fins a aconseguir una massa molt fina i brillant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem uns cilindres amb el massap\u00e0 i els embolicarem en paper film.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El massap\u00e0 el guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant unes dotze hores com a m\u00ednim per poder fer els panellets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us recomano que per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 vegeu el v\u00eddeo de com preparar Mazap\u00e1n.<\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy vamos a preparar el Mazap\u00e1n para hacer Panellets que son unos dulces tradicionales en Catalu\u00f1a en la Festividad de Todos los Santos.
