Formatge Crem\u00f3s tipus Philadelphia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Nata per muntar al 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Iogurts grecs naturals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>350 grs. galetes tipus Maria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Gelatina neutra en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8\/9 Rodanxes de Pinya al seu Suc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Kiwis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maduixots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Granet d&#039;Ametlla Crocanti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cullerades Melmelada de Pr\u00e9ssec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada d&#039;Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Triturem les galetes i afegim la mantega fosa al microones. Amassem amb les mans fins que quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una safata de forn amb paper de coure posem un c\u00e8rcol de 28 cm. de di\u00e0metre i dipositem la massa de galetes prement b\u00e9 i repartint-la fins a omplir totes les vores. Allisem b\u00e9 amb les mans i el guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 30 minuts perqu\u00e8 quedi ben compactat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un cass\u00f3 hi posem la nata per muntar i el sucre. Remenarem i quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc i afegirem la gelatina. Cal remoure en\u00e8rgicament perqu\u00e8 no es facin grumolls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol gran hi posarem els iogurts, el formatge crem\u00f3s, la nata a temperatura ambient i barregem una mica. Hi afegim el crocanti i 4 rodanxes de pinya que hem trossejat a daus petits. Remenem b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la barreja dins del motlle i el guardem a la nevera durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decorem amb les rodanxes de pinya tallades per la meitat, els kiwis tallats a discos i les maduixes tallades a l\u00e0mines.
