Aquesta v\u00eddeo recepta us pot treure de m\u00e9s d&#039;un comprom\u00eds, si teniu convidats i no teniu gaire temps per preparar unes postres, us anir\u00e0 genial. Nata per muntar al 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Cacau pur en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>65 grs. Sucre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estenem una placa de pasta de full amb el paper de coure a la taula de treball i amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;un plat fem un cercle que tallarem amb un ganivet ben esmolat. Retirarem el sobrant. Si la placa \u00e9s rodona no cal fer aquesta operaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem un plat de menor di\u00e0metre al centre i tallem un altre cercle. Separarem la part central que podrem utilitzar per a una altra recepta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dipositarem el c\u00e8rcol juntament amb el paper de coure al damunt d&#039;una safata per anar al forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem de la mateixa manera la segona placa de pasta de full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintem amb aigua el primer c\u00e8rcol de massa ia sobre posem l&#039;altre c\u00e8rcol procurant que s&#039;enganxin les dues parts. Tot seguit pintarem amb ou batut la part de dalt de la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 220 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 20 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn. Si queda massa daurat, es pot tapar amb paper d&#039;alumini per sobre. Nosaltres ho tapem els darrers 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntem la nata amb unes varetes i una mica abans d&#039;acabar de muntar hi afegim el sucre m\u00f2lt en un parell de vegades i acabem de muntar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim a poc a poc el cacau pur i amb una esp\u00e0tula l&#039;anem integrant amb moviments envoltants vigilant que no ens baixi la nata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan s&#039;hagi refredat totalment el tortell el partirem amb molt de compte per la meitat amb un ganivet de serra gran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la t\u00f2fona en una m\u00e0nega pastissera i omplim el tortell amb la t\u00f2fona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tapem el tortell i empolvorem per sobre amb sucre m\u00f2lt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este es delicioso Rosc\u00f3n de Hojaldre relleno de Trufa elaborado por El Forner de Alella, tambi\u00e9n es conocido como Tortel o Corona, ya ver\u00e9is que prepararlo es muy&nbsp;sencillo.
