(net va pesar 680 grs.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal gruixuda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva 0,4%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rentem el bonic. Cal treure-li la pell, totes les espines, el cap i els budells. Escorrerem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la conserva necessitem uns pots de vidre que tanquin herm\u00e8ticament. Si tenim pots de vidre els podem reutilitzar. No es poden reutilitzar les tapes dels pots, sempre han de ser noves ja que en bullir els pots amb el bon\u00edtol podria entrar aigua o aire i es faria malb\u00e9 el contingut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per esterilitzar els pots posarem aigua freda abundant en una olla i introduirem els pots, han de quedar ben coberts d&#039;aigua. Han de bullir durant 20 minuts. Al cap de 15 minuts posarem les tapes o les gomes i quan hagin transcorregut 20 minuts des del primer bull apagarem el foc i deixarem refredar els pots dins de l&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrerem els pots sobre un drap de cuina net. S&#039;han d&#039;assecar pel seu natural sense posar el drap dins del pot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem els lloms de bon\u00edtol segons la mida del pot. Cal deixar un espai com un ditet sense que arribi a la vora del pot. Salarem els lloms de bon\u00edtol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem aproximadament un cent\u00edmetre d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva al fons del pot i afegirem en vertical els lloms tallats<br><br>prement b\u00e9. Cal procurar que quedi el pot ben ple ia la part central del pot posarem els trossets petits que ens hagin quedat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cobrirem amb oli d\u00b4oliva i amb la punta rodona d\u00b4un ganivet farem espai perqu\u00e8 l\u00b4oli arribi a tots els racons del pot i quedi tot el bonic ben cobert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem els pots a la nevera durant unes dues hores i despr\u00e9s acabarem d&#039;omplir el pot amb m\u00e9s oli. Ha de cobrir tot el bon\u00edtol. Tancarem els pots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem aigua a una olla gran. Al fons de l&#039;olla hi posarem un drap de cuina perqu\u00e8 en posar els pots dins l&#039;olla no es moguin. Cobrirem els pots amb aigua i hi posarem una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan comenci a bullir comptarem 90 minuts i despr\u00e9s apagarem el foc. Deixarem refredar totalment l&#039;aigua abans de treure els pots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop freds els pots els posarem de cap per avall durant 8 dies controlant que no surti oli. Si sort\u00eds oli cal canviar-los de pot i pr\u00e9mer b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S&#039;han de guardar els pots amb la tonyina en oli durant 3 mesos en un lloc fosc.
