Escopinyes fresques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cullerades soperes Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cullerades soperes Vinagre de Vi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cullerades Brou de bullir les Berberechos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta Pimenton dol\u00e7 de la Vera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre i Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem les escopinyes en remull amb aigua i sal durant una hora aproximadament per si deixessin anar una mica de sorra. Els rentarem b\u00e9 i escorrerem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En cass\u00f3 posem una mica d&#039;aigua i tirem les escopinyes, el llorer, unes rodanxes de llimona i una mica de sal. Taparem la cassola. Quan s&#039;obrin les escopinyes apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrerem les escopinyes guardant el brou de bullir les escopinyes. Colarem el brou amb un colador xin\u00e8s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan ja estiguin freds traurem les escopinyes de la closca i les cobrirem amb el brou. Els guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant 24 hores en un recipient tapat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrem les escopinyes i guardem una mica del brou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem la salsa amb 2 cullerades soperes de brou, 2 d&#039;oli, 2 de Vinagre, 1 culleradeta de caf\u00e8 de<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre vermell Dol\u00e7, Sal, Pebre negre i un rajol\u00ed de Llimona. Dep\u00e8n una mica del gust de cadasc\u00fa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenem en\u00e8rgicament tots els ingredients perqu\u00e8 quedin ben barrejats. Es pot fer amb un biber\u00f3 de cuina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servirem les escopinyes amanides amb la salsa.
