Posem la llimona tallada a rodanxes per sobre del pollastre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho rostim a la barbacoa amb brases i de tant en tant reguem el pollastre amb l&#039;amaniment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A les Can\u00e0ries per mullar el pollastre se sol utilitzar una brotxa feta amb falgueres de l&#039;horta ja que aix\u00ed el pollastre agafar\u00e0 tamb\u00e9 una mica de sabor de les falgueres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan ja est\u00e0 rostit per una banda, li donem la volta i ho deixem fins que quedi una mica torrat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy os mostramos la receta de Pollo Canario que nuestra querida suscriptora Menchu nos ha enviado desde Tenerife.
