T\u00e9 una textura semblant a una sopa i \u00e9s exquisida. Sucre<\/li><li>4 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li><li>1 Pal de Canela<\/li><li>Pell de Taronja i de Llimona<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posem en un cass\u00f3 la llet, la pell de taronja, la pell de llimona i el pal de canyella. Quan la llet comenci a bullir, apaguem el foc. Taparem el cass\u00f3 i deixem refredar la llet perqu\u00e8 quedi ben infusionada. Despr\u00e9s la colem.<\/li><li>Separem els rovells dels ous i els posem en un bol juntament amb el sucre. Batrem b\u00e9 amb un batedor manual fins que tot estigui ben barrejat.<\/li><li>Afegirem a poc a poc la llet i continuarem batent fins que tot quedi ben integrat.<\/li><li>Posem la barreja en un cass\u00f3 i amb el foc molt baix anirem remenant fins que vegem que comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 a bullir. De seguida cal apagar el foc, ja que si no ho fem aix\u00ed es podria tallar la barreja.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 posarem la crema en un bol i quan estigui freda la deixarem tapada a la nevera durant unes 5 hores com a m\u00ednim abans d&#039;utilitzar-la.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la Crema Anglesa per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prepara una riqu\u00edsima Crema Inglesa como \u00e9sta, es ideal para utilizar como Coulis en nuestros postres y para los helados.
