Es pot utilitzar sucre glas encara que ha de ser m\u00f2lt molt fi perqu\u00e8 en barrejar amb la mantega no es mastegui.<\/li><li>La mantega ha de ser a punt de pomada. No es pot fondre a microones. La posem en un bol i hi afegim la llet.<\/li><li>Comencem a batre amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques a marxa lenta.<\/li><li>Incorporarem el sucre impalpable diverses vegades i continuarem batent.<\/li><li>Quan s&#039;hagi barrejat una mica i tot estigui integrat, batrem a marxa r\u00e0pida durant uns cinc minuts.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la <\/strong>Buttercream o<strong> crema de mantega per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/strong><\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quieres preparar una deliciosa crema de Mantequilla?
