Si vols pots elaborar aquesta recepta i donar-li un toc especial amb aquesta decoraci\u00f3, \u00e9s una coca que queda espectacular i una recepta ideal per celebrar la Revetlla de Sant Joan. Llet<\/li><li>3 Ous<\/li><li>40 grs. Maicena<\/li><li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li><li>25 grs. Mantega<\/li><li>Canyella a Rama<\/li><li>Pell de llimona<\/li><li>Sucre m\u00f2lt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posem en un cass\u00f3 la meitat de la llet, el sucre, la canyella en branca i la pell de la llimona. Quan comenci a bullir apaguem el foc i deixem refredar. Colem la llet bullida.<\/li><li>En un bol batem els tres rovells d&#039;ou, la resta de la llet i la maizena.<\/li><li>Barregem les dues preparacions i ho posem en un cass\u00f3 al foc remenant constantment amb una cullera de fusta fins que la crema s&#039;espesseixi. Cal fer-ho amb el foc molt baix perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi.<\/li><li>Fora del foc afegim la mantega i remenem fins que quedi ben integrada. Deixeu refredar la crema en una plata.<\/li><li>Preparem una safata de forn amb paper de fornejar per sobre i estenem una placa de pasta de full. Cobrim la placa de pasta de full amb la crema pastissera i allisem.<\/li><li>Posem una mica de farina a la taula de treball i estenem l&#039;altra massa de pasta de full. Tallem un tros de massa aproximadament una tercera part i amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;un tallador de pasta en forma de corr\u00f3 (ho podeu veure perfectament al v\u00eddeo), ho passem per sobre de la massa. Es poden fer tamb\u00e9 unes tires amb el ganivet.<\/li><li>Obrim la pasta de full i ens quedar\u00e0 forma de reixa que el posarem per sobre de la crema. Tallarem el sobrant.<\/li><li>Batem un ou i pintem la coca. Amb el cantell rod\u00f3 d&#039;un ganivet donem forma a totes les vores de la coca, aix\u00ed quedar\u00e0 tancada.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 15 minuts aproximadament, fins que quedi la pasta de full daurada.<\/li><li>Deixem refredar i empolvorem per sobre amb sucre m\u00f2lt.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3
