Pa de pag\u00e8s<\/li><li>150 grs. Pernil del Pa\u00eds<\/li><li>150 grs. Xori\u00e7o<\/li><li>200 grs. Panceta Fresca<\/li><li>2 Alls<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Mel\u00f3<\/li><li>Ra\u00efm <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tallarem el pa de pag\u00e8s a llesques i farem uns quadradets petits, com si fossin ensopegades.<\/li><li>Agafem un drap de cuina preferiblement de cot\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 transpiri b\u00e9 i posem a sobre el pa tallat.<\/li><li>Hem picat els alls i els repartim per tot el pa<\/li><li>Humitegeu el pa amb una mica d&#039;aigua i tanqueu el drap. Deixarem reposar tota la nit ja que aix\u00ed despr\u00e9s aquest pa absorbir\u00e0 millor els sabors dels altres ingredients.<\/li><li>Trossegem molt petit, la cansalada, el pernil i el xori\u00e7o.<\/li><li>Posem una cassola gran al foc i hi afegim l&#039;oli juntament amb la sal.<\/li><li>Quan estigui calent afegim la cansalada que deixarem fregir a foc lent, perqu\u00e8 vagi deixant anar tot el greix.<\/li><li>Afegirem el xori\u00e7o i el pernil i remourem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 es vagin barrejant tots els ingredients.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Deixarem fregir-ho tot junt durant uns 3 minuts perqu\u00e8 quedi ben ofegat.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem el pa. Anirem remenant perqu\u00e8 es barregin b\u00e9 tots els ingredients.
