Panses Sultanes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Pinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastilla de Caldo de Peix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per enfarinar el Bacall\u00e0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En una paella petita hi posem abundant oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui ben calent fregim el bacall\u00e0 que pr\u00e8viament hem enfarinat. Ho fregim per tots els costats i ho deixem sobre paper absorbent perqu\u00e8 deixi anar l&#039;oli sobrant. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola m\u00e9s gran hi posem una part de l&#039;oli de fregir i quan estigui calent sofregirem amb el foc sota la ceba picada. Quan estigui transparent afegirem els pinyons, les panses, la mel i el pebre vermell dol\u00e7.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem i afegirem una mica d&#039;aigua i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de peix esmicolat. Es pot substituir per brou de peix en comptes del gla\u00e7\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courem la salsa durant uns 10\/12 minuts amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el bacall\u00e0 i courem tot junt uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s fins que la salsa es barregi b\u00e9 amb el bacall\u00e0. Anirem movent la cassola perqu\u00e8 no se&#039;ns enganxi.
