Carxofes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Manot d&#039;Alls tendres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Foie Gras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Formatge Emmental ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Salsa Beixamel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>110 ml. Salsa Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per fer la Salsa Beixamel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cullerades soperes Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelem les carxofes deixant nom\u00e9s el cor. Les tallem a l\u00e0mines fines i les deixem en remull amb aigua freda, un gla\u00e7\u00f3 de gel i julivert. Aix\u00ed no quedaran negres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem les fulles de lasanya seguint les instruccions del fabricant de la pasta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una paella gran o una cassola al foc amb for\u00e7a oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent afegirem les carxofes escorregudes i assecades amb un drap de cuina. Les sofregirem for\u00e7a i quan estiguin toves afegirem els alls tendres tallats en discos fins i salarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregirem tot junt fins que quedi ben cuit. Escorrerem l&#039;oli i posarem les carxofes i els alls damunt un paper absorbent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrerem les fulles de lasanya i les posarem sobre un drap de cuina perqu\u00e8 quedin ben seques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una safata petita per anar al forn posarem uns trossets de mantega al fons i cobrirem la safata amb plaques de lasanya. A sobre posarem la meitat del farciment ia sobre la meitat del pat\u00e9 de foie tallat a trossets petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre posarem un parell de cullerades soperes de salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregit que estenem per tota la superf\u00edcie ia sobre una capa de formatge ratllat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cobrirem amb plaques de lasanya i farem la mateixa operaci\u00f3 una altra vegada \u00e9s a dir carxofes, pat\u00e9, salsa de tom\u00e0quet i formatge ratllat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per sobre taparem amb una altra capa de l\u00e0mines de lasanya. Cobrirem amb la salsa beixamel ia sobre formatge ratllat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la lasanya al forn i gratinarem amb el grill, nom\u00e9s per la part de dalt del forn.
