Farina de Blat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Farina de Blat de moro (Maicena)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Ametlles a Pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd sobre de Llevat Qu\u00edmic Royal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Ametlles filatejades torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantega per untar el Motlle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vam fondre la mantega al microones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem les clares d&#039;ou i un pessic de sal en un bol. Muntem les clares a punt de neu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporem el sucre en un parell de vegades i batem una mica m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim el llevat qu\u00edmic a la farina i tamisem, hi afegim la maicena i la pols d&#039;ametlles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb molt de compte incorporarem la barreja de les farines a les clares d&#039;ou muntades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho farem diverses vegades i amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt, procurant que les farines es vagin integrant i no ens abaixi la barreja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem la mantega fosa, tamb\u00e9 molt a poc a poc i amb moviments envoltants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untarem el motlle per tots els costats i la base amb abundant mantega i posarem al fons del motlle les ametlles filatejades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la barreja del pa de pessic al motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200\u00ba cent\u00edgrads i en posar el pa de pessic al forn el baixem a 170\u00ba cent\u00edgrads i el coem per dalt i baix durant uns 30 minuts.
