Fabes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Xori\u00e7os Asturians<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Botifarras Asturianes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Costella de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tros de Pernil amb Os<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Panceta Salada de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aigua per a la cocci\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem les Fabes en remull amb aigua freda durant tota la nit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bullim una mica els xori\u00e7os, les botifarres i el pernil perqu\u00e8 deixin anar una mica el greix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem unes 20 Fabes que les posarem tamb\u00e9 a la cassola perqu\u00e8 ajudin a espessir el brou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrem les Fabes i les posem en una cassola gran i ampla. Les cobrirem amb aigua freda sobrepassant l\u00b4aigua uns dos dits per sobre de les fabes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els xori\u00e7os, les botifarres, la costella de porc, el tros de pernil, la cansalada i les fabes pelades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem la cassola i quan arrenqui el bull, abaixarem el foc i deixarem coure a foc lent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9s important no barrejar els ingredients amb algun utensili, cal anar movent la cassola de tant en tant perqu\u00e8 es vagin barrejant b\u00e9 els sabors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per comprovar-ho de sal cal utilitzar una cullera de fusta, mai de metall. En principi no se li ha afegit la sal ja que els ingredients ja porten for\u00e7a sal. Cal tastar la salsa, i si cal, hi afegirem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vigilar i moure de tant en tant, i si li falt\u00e9s caldo cal afegir-hi aigua freda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan provem la fabada i notem que les fabes estan toves per dins, ja podem apagar el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9s important deixar reposar durant unes dues hores abans de servir la Fabada Asturiana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la Fabada Asturiana per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy nos sumergimos en el coraz\u00f3n de la gastronom\u00eda asturiana con una fabulosa Fabada Asturiana, cortes\u00eda de nuestra amiga y suscriptora Silvia.
