Nata per muntar al 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>350 ml. Llet Condensada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>750 ml. Formatge Crem\u00f3s tipus Philadelphia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Sobre de Gelatina de Llimona de 85 grs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Galetes tipus Maria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc de 1 Llimona i mitja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per cobrir el past\u00eds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Sobre de Gelatina de Llimona de 85 grs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Triturarem les galetes i afegim la mantega pr\u00e8viament fosa al microones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregem b\u00e9 fins que quedi una pasta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una safata de forn amb paper de coure posem un c\u00e8rcol de 28 cm. i dipositem la massa de galetes. Premem b\u00e9 per tot el c\u00e8rcol, fins que quedi una superf\u00edcie ben llisa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 30 minuts perqu\u00e8 la mantega torni a quallar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un cass\u00f3 posem la meitat de la nata per muntar i quan estigui calent afegim la gelatina de llimona, remenant en\u00e8rgicament perqu\u00e8 no faci grumolls. Apaguem el foc i posem la resta de la nata. Remenem fins que estigui ben barrejat. Deixarem entebeir la nata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passem la nata a un bol i hi afegim el formatge crem\u00f3s, la llet condensada i el suc de llimona. Batem amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques o amb vareta manual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la barreja sobre la base de galetes i allisem. Guardem al frigor\u00edfic perqu\u00e8 es qualli durant uns 60 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la gelatina de llimona posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la meitat de l&#039;aigua i quan comenci a bullir apaguem el foc i hi afegim la gelatina en pols. Remenem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 no faci grumolls i hi afegim la resta de l&#039;aigua. Barregem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedi tot integrat.
