A cada cullerada d&#039;aquesta ensalada trobar\u00e0s l&#039;afecte i la tradici\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria transmesa de generaci\u00f3 en generaci\u00f3. Mongetes Verdes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Pastanagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Llaunes de tonyina en oli d&#039;oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15\/20 Olives farcides d&#039;Anxova<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per a la Salsa Maionesa:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un Chorrito de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renteu les patates i les pastanagues. Posem una olla al foc i quan l&#039;aigua estigui calenta hi tirem les patates i les pastanagues. Salarem i deixarem bullir les pastanagues durant uns 15 minuts i les patates durant 30 minuts. Escorrem i deixem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem aigua en un cass\u00f3 i tirem els ous ben rentats ia temperatura ambient. Els bullim durant 10 minuts. Escorrem i refredem amb aigua freda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un altre cass\u00f3 tirem sal a l&#039;aigua i bullim les mongetes tallades petites durant 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem les patates, els ous i les pastanagues i les tallem a daus petits. Ho posem tot en un bol gran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les mongetes, la tonyina esmicolada i les olives farcides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la salsa maionesa posem en un got batedor estret l&#039;ou sencer, l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva, la sal i el rajol\u00ed de suc de llimona. Introdu\u00efm el batedor el\u00e8ctric dins del got batedor i sense moure&#039;l batem. Quan comenci a espessir movem el batedor de baix a dalt fins que quedi la salsa ben lligada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregem la salsa maionesa amb l&#039;ensalada fins que quedi tot ben integrat amb la salsa.
