Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grs. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Oli de Gira-sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grs. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 grs. Llevat Qu\u00edmic (1 Sobre)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada sopera de Melmelada de Pr\u00e9ssec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cullerades soperes d&#039;Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelem i traiem el cor a 3 pomes i les tallem a trossos petits. Les posem en un bol i hi afegim els ous, l&#039;oli, la ratlladura de llimona, la llet i el sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamisem la farina i el llevat qu\u00edmic i ho afegim al bol. Posem dins el motlle la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem les altres dues pomes i els traiem el cor. Les partim per la meitat i les tallem a mitges llunes molt fines. Cobrim tot el past\u00eds amb les pomes fent un cercle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads nom\u00e9s per la part de baix i enfornem el past\u00eds durant uns 50 minuts aproximadament. Abans que tingueu massa color per sobre es pot tapar amb paper d&#039;alumini.
