Jarret de Vedella (Morcillo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>350 grs. Rovellons (Rovellons)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tom\u00e0quet madur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Vi Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>800 grs. Patates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Xocolata negra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de brou de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salpebrem la carn que hem trossejat a daus grans. Enfarinem la carn posant farina dins una bossa de pl\u00e0stic i hi afegim la carn. Tanquem la bossa i movem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 la carn quedi enfarinada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola hi posem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui ben calent hi afegim la carn. S&#039;ha de daurar pels dos costats. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli posem la ceba picada i els alls tallats a discos petits. Sofregim amb el foc baix durant uns 3 minuts. Afegim el tom\u00e0quet picat i remenem. Ho sofregim tot junt durant dos minuts m\u00e9s. Remenem b\u00e9 i tirem el vi. Deixarem evaporar el vi. Hi afegim el llorer, la farigola, el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn esmicolat i la xocolata trossejada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim aigua bullint per a la cocci\u00f3. Tapem la cassola i deixem cuinar a foc lent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trossegem les patates a daus no gaire grans, espetecant-les \u00e9s a dir tallant una mica amb el ganivet i arrencant la resta. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 aix\u00ed deixen anar millor el mid\u00f3. (veure el v\u00eddeo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rentem i escorrem b\u00e9 els bolets.
