A qui no li ve de gust tastar aquestes postres? Pa de pessic de Soletilla (Melindros)<\/li>\n<li>200 grs. Caf\u00e8 (acabat de fer)<\/li>\n<li>100 grs. Ron Negre<\/li>\n<li>6 Ous<\/li>\n<li>500 grs. formatge Mascarpone<\/li>\n<li>125 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n<li>100 grs. Xocolata Negra ratllada<\/li>\n<li>Cacau en pols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Separem les clares dels rovells dels ous.<\/li>\n<li>Muntem les clares juntament amb la meitat del sucre i una mica de sal fins a aconseguir el punt de neu.<\/li>\n<li>Batem els rovells dels ous amb la resta del sucre fins que quedi una massa blanquinosa.<\/li>\n<li>Afegirem el formatge mascarpone i amb una esp\u00e0tula ho barrejarem amb els rovells batuts. Batrem una mica m\u00e9s amb la batedora perqu\u00e8 s&#039;acabi d&#039;integrar-ho tot.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem les clares en dues o tres vegades i l&#039;integrarem amb moviments envoltants procurant que no baixin les clares i ens quedi una crema.<\/li>\n<li>Barregem el rom amb el caf\u00e8 acabat de fer i el posem en un plat fondo.<\/li>\n<li>Mullarem r\u00e0pidament els bescuits de soletilla d&#039;un en un i els posarem en una safata fonda, que cobrirem amb els bescuits.<\/li>\n<li>Per sobre dels bescuits posarem una bona capa de la barreja que hem preparat i per sobre posarem una mica de la xocolata ratllada.<\/li>\n<li>Donarem uns cops a la safata perqu\u00e8 es reparteixi tot b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Posem l&#039;\u00faltima capa de bescuits per sobre i una altra capa de la crema i empolvorem amb una capa de xocolata ratllada.
