Espinacs frescos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Pernil York a daus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Crema de Llet per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alls tendres (6\/8)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva i Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsa Beixamel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge Emmental ratllat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Salsa Beixamel <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/salsa-beixamel\/\">(veure recepta salsa clicant aqu\u00ed)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bullim els espinacs amb sal durant uns 5 minuts. Escorrem amb un escorredor i les aixafarem fins que deixin anar tota l&#039;aigua i quedin ben seques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella posem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent hi afegim els alls trossejats ben petitons. Sofregim amb el foc baix i abans que es daurin afegim els xampinyons trossejats petitets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salem i ofeguem els xampinyons fins que deixin anar l&#039;aigua. Hi afegim el pernil dol\u00e7 tallat a dauets. Donem un parell de voltes i afegim els espinacs amb molt de compte de no cremar-nos i amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;unes tisores tallarem una mica els espinacs per poder-ho barrejar tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim la nata i remenem fins que quedi ben integrada amb les verdures. Remenem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri la farina amb la mantega. Afegirem la llet a poc a poc remenant perqu\u00e8 es vagi barrejant tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem de nou la paella al foc i hi afegirem la sal, el pebre i la nou moscada. Seguirem remenant la salsa fins que hagi espessit. No es pot deixar de remenar ja que s&#039;enganxa la salsa f\u00e0cilment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una quarta part de la barreja que hav\u00edem preparat al centre de la crepe i l&#039;enrotllem com si fos una truita a la francesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una safata que pugui anar al forn hi posem les creps i per sobre les cobrim amb la salsa beixamel. Empolvorem amb el formatge emmental ratllat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gratinem les creps tenint la precauci\u00f3 de posar la safata for\u00e7a avall del forn perqu\u00e8 puguin daurar-se b\u00e9 les creps sense cremar-se.
