Formatge Crem\u00f3s tipus Philadelphia<\/li><li>250 ml. Nata per muntar al 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li><li>2 Iogurts grec naturals<\/li><li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li><li>100 grs. Mantega<\/li><li>10 grs. Gelatina neutra en pols<\/li><li>175 grs. Galetes Maria<\/li><li>1 M\u00e0nec<\/li><li>2 Kiwis<\/li><li>30 grs. Granet d&#039;Ametlla Crocanti<\/li><li>2 cullerades Melmelada de Pr\u00e9ssec<\/li><li>1 cullerada d&#039;aigua<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Triturem les galetes i les posem en un bol juntament amb la mantega que hem fos al microones. Ha de quedar liquida. Barregem fins que quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li><li>Preparem una safata amb paper de coure i un c\u00e8rcol de 22 cm. de di\u00e0metre a sobre. Distribu\u00efm la barreja de les galetes per tota la base del c\u00e8rcol.<\/li><li>Premem b\u00e9 amb les mans procurant que quedi ben llisa. Posem la safata al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 30 minuts perqu\u00e8 quedi la massa ben consistent.<\/li><li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la nata i el sucre. Remenarem i abans que comenci a bullir afegirem la gelatina en pols i remourem perqu\u00e8 quedi ben barrejat. Batrem amb un batedor manual i hi afegirem la barreja de la nata. Remenarem fins que quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li><li>Hem tallat la meitat del m\u00e0nec a trossos molt petitets que els afegim a la barreja juntament amb el granet d&#039;ametlla. Ho barregem tot.<br>Posem aquesta barreja a sobre de la base de galetes procurant que quedi ben llisa per la part de sobre. Donem uns copets a la safata perqu\u00e8 quedi ben aplanat.<\/li><li>Decorem el past\u00eds amb el kiwi tallat a discos que posarem al voltant del past\u00eds i al centre posarem la resta del m\u00e0nec que tamb\u00e9 hem tallat a trossets.<\/li><li>Deixem el past\u00eds al frigor\u00edfic durant unes 6 hores com a m\u00ednim. Per desemmotllar el past\u00eds f\u00e0cilment passarem un drap mullat amb aigua ben calenta al voltant del c\u00e8rcol.<\/li><li>Per donar lluentor al past\u00eds posarem en un got dues cullerades de melmelada de pr\u00e9ssec i una cullerada d&#039;aigua.
