Pinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Prunes Seques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Panses de Corint<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 llesques de Pa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol per fregir el Bacall\u00e0, i Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arrebossem el bacall\u00e0 amb farina i el fregim amb abundant oli de gira-sol, tenint en compte de posar-lo per la part de la pell. Quan estigui fregit el reservarem, posant-ho en paper assecant perqu\u00e8 absorbeixi l&#039;oli sobrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregim les llesques de pa i les apartem. Fregim la ceba que haurem tallat a quadradets petits. Un cop estigui la ceba transparent afegirem el tom\u00e0quet al qual haurem posat la culleradeta de sucre per treure-li l&#039;acidesa. Ho deixarem fregir tot plegat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit hi afegirem els pinyons, les panses i les prunes i hi anirem posant una mica d&#039;aigua per a la cocci\u00f3, que ser\u00e0 d&#039;uns cinc minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem fet una picada amb els alls, el julivert i el pa fregit i ho incorporem a la salsa que deixarem coure durant cinc minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem el bacall\u00e0 fregit a la cassola i ho deixem bullir uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s, afegint-hi m\u00e9s aigua per acabar la cocci\u00f3.
