Ja veur\u00e0s que \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil de preparar i us agradar\u00e0 un munt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Torrijas\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qB723VfeIig?start=16&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>350 grs. de pa millor del dia abans tallat en diagonal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canyella en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. de llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 branca de canyella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una mica d&#039;escor\u00e7a de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli suau d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la llet, la branqueta de canyella, la llimona i el sucre fins que bulli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En el moment de bullir, pararem el foc i traurem la llimona i la canyella i ho deixarem refredar en un recipient for\u00e7a ample per poder introduir despr\u00e9s les llesques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentre es refreda la barreja, batrem molt b\u00e9 els ous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un altre recipient, posarem la canyella en pols barrejada amb el sucre. La canyella la podeu posar al gust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una paella al foc amb oli abundant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguidament, xoparem el pa dins la llet fins que quedi ben tou i per les dues cares.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem el pa per l&#039;ou procurant que tamb\u00e9 s&#039;empapi b\u00e9 i el posarem a la paella per fregir-lo. Li donarem la volta i traurem cuidant que les nostres torrijas tinguin un color ben daurat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment i en calent, arrebossarem les llesques amb la barreja del sucre amb la canyella i les passarem en una safata amb paper assecant per treure l&#039;oli sobrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I ja estan les nostres llesques llestes per menjar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com sempre us convidem a que mireu el v\u00eddeo de les Torrijas per a una millor comprensi\u00f3.<\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avui us presentem aquesta espectacular recepta tradicional de Torrijas, una recepta t\u00edpica per Setmana Santa.
