Aquest past\u00eds no necessita forn per elaborar-lo. Formatge Crem\u00f3s (tipus Philadelphia)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 meitats de pr\u00e9ssec a Alm\u00edbar (1 pot gran)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Nata per muntar al 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Iogurts grecs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>175 grs. Galetes Maria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Gelatina neutra en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Granet d&#039;Ametlla Crocanti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Triturem les galetes i afegim la mantega l\u00edquida que hem fos al microones. Barregem fins aconseguir una pasta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem una llauna amb paper d&#039;enfornar per sobre i posem un c\u00e8rcol de 20 cm. de di\u00e0metre. Passem la barreja i premem b\u00e9 procurant que quedi ben llisa per sobre. La deixarem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica de nata en un got i dissolem la gelatina neutra en pols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un cass\u00f3 posem la resta de la nata juntament amb el sucre i quan estigui calent afegim la gelatina i remenem perqu\u00e8 es barregi. Quan comenci a bullir apaguem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem els pr\u00e9ssecs a trossets petits. La meitat en quadradets per decorar i la resta encara m\u00e9s petitons per al farcit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posem el formatge, els iogurts i la nata dissolta amb la gelatina. Amb un batedor manual ho barrejarem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el granet d&#039;ametlla i els pr\u00e9ssecs del farcit. Remenarem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedin ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la barreja al motlle aplanant-la b\u00e9. Donarem uns copets amb la llauna i aix\u00ed quedar\u00e0 m\u00e9s llisa la superf\u00edcie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cobrirem el past\u00eds amb la resta dels pr\u00e9ssecs. Taparem amb paper film i deixarem el past\u00eds al frigor\u00edfic durant unes 6 hores com a m\u00ednim. Desemmotllem el past\u00eds al moment de servir-lo.
