Esp\u00e0rrecs Verds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Espinacs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Nata per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>700 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Clares d&#039;ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Fulles de Gelatina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enciam variat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pernil Serrano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renteu els esp\u00e0rrecs i traieu-ne la part dura. Trossegem els esp\u00e0rrecs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella posem la mantega i quan estigui fosa hi tirem els esp\u00e0rrecs i els ofeguem durant uns 5 minuts remenant perqu\u00e8 es vagin coent. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poseu una cassola al foc amb la nata, la llet, una mica de nou moscada, la sal, el pebre i les dents d&#039;all pelades. Bullim durant uns dos minuts i afegim els esp\u00e0rrecs i les fulles d&#039;espinacs i ho coem tot durant uns dos minuts m\u00e9s amb el foc baix i remenant perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi al fons de la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem la mousse amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric fins que quedi ben fina. Es pot passar despr\u00e9s per un colador xin\u00e8s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem hidratat la gelatina posant-la en un bol amb aigua freda durant 7 minuts. L&#039;escorrem amb les mans i l&#039;afegim a la mousse que encara est\u00e0 calenta, batent b\u00e9 amb un batedor manual perqu\u00e8 es desfaci b\u00e9 i s&#039;integri totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la mousse en un recipient i quan estigui freda la posarem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques muntem a punt de neu, les clares d&#039;ou amb un pessic de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les clares a la mousse amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt fins que quedin ben integrades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la mousse als recipients on la servirem i ho deixarem a la nevera unes 6 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem el Pernil Serrano a tiretes primes.
