Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>110 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Llevat de Forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crema Pastissera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre glas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 ml. An\u00eds Marie Brizard (opcional) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Crema Pastissera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 grs. Maizena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canyella a Rama<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de 1\/2 Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en un bol la farina tamisada i el llevat que hem dissolt a la llet, afegim tamb\u00e9 l&#039;an\u00eds, el sucre, la ratlladura de la llimona i els ous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassem dins del bol amb una esp\u00e0tula fins que la massa es desprengui de les parets del bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem farina a la taula de treball. Traiem la massa del bol i pastem amb les mans procurant airejar la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mig pastat afegim la mantega a temperatura ambient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuem pastant durant uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s. Deixem reposar la massa tapada amb un drap durant uns 15 minuts perqu\u00e8 desenvolupi b\u00e9 el gluten i es pugui treballar millor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassem una altra vegada i deixem reposar la massa tapada 10 minuts m\u00e9s. Posem una mica d&#039;oli al bol i fem una bola amb la massa i deixem reposar dins del bol tapada amb paper film fins que dobli el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli damunt la taula de treball i dipositem la massa per tallar-la a porcions. Tallem uns trossos de massa de 70 grs. cadascun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donem forma de bola a cadascuna de les porcions i despr\u00e9s fem unes barretes (veure el v\u00eddeo on s&#039;explica la manera de fer-ho) i les posem en una safata de forn amb paper de fornejar per sobre. Les deixem fermentar en un lloc tancat que no li doni l&#039;aire fins que doblin el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintem els brioixos per sobre amb ou batut. Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i els enfornem durant uns 15 minuts.
