Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallem la ceba a quadradets, el porro, la pastanaga i el pebrot en discos i els tom\u00e0quets partits per la meitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva a la cocotte i quan estigui calent hi afegirem la ceba, el porro, la pastanaga i el pebrot. Abocarem una mica de sal. Donarem unes voltes i ofegarem les verdures durant uns tres minuts amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem despr\u00e9s el vi blanc i remourem fins que l&#039;alcohol hagi evaporat. Apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrarem el llu\u00e7 pels dos costats i el ruixarem amb suc de llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem el llu\u00e7 a la cocotte i el cobrirem amb les verdures. Afegirem els tom\u00e0quets oberts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem la cocotte i courem el llu\u00e7 al forn pr\u00e8viament escalfat a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix durant uns 18\/20 minuts aproximadament.
