Farina sense Gluten Schar Mix B<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cullerades soperes d&#039;Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Llevat en pols de Forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tonyina en Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anxoves de Llauna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olives Negres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orenga en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge ratllat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en un bol el llevat esmicolat i l&#039;aigua. Barregem una mica i hi afegim la sal, la farina i l&#039;oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassem una mica amb una esp\u00e0tula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la massa es comenci a separar de les parets del bol pastarem amb les mans, la traurem i acabarem de pastar a m\u00e0 damunt la taula de treball.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem la massa i la deixarem reposar fins que dobli el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la massa damunt una safata per a pizzes pr\u00e8viament untada amb mantega. Estendrem b\u00e9 la massa i la deixarem reposar durant uns 30 minuts tapada amb paper film perqu\u00e8 cal fermentar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 pintarem la pizza amb tom\u00e0quet fregit ia sobre posarem la tonyina esmicolada, les anxoves i les olives partides per la meitat i l&#039;orenga. Posarem despr\u00e9s el formatge ratllat per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 25 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn.
